Dr. Block provides a great blend of top-notch clinical knowledge and skills along with a strong passion for helping patients reach their optimum dental goals.
After receiving his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Dr. Block moved to Cleveland to continue his education in the residency program at Mt Sinai Medical Center. While in Cleveland, Dr. Block had two established dental offices in Garfield Heights and Brainard Place in Lyndhurst.
Dr. Block served on the faculty team at Nova Southeastern College of Dental Medicine in south Florida for 10 years. While there, he instructed dental residents in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. Dr Block served as a clinical instructor in the geriatric and special needs clinic at NSU as well as having his own practice within the faculty clinic.
Throughout his career, continuing education has been a focal point for Dr. Bob Block. His commitment is evident in the numerous classes and certification courses he completes each year, to ensure state-of-the-art technology and technique benefits his patients and his practice.
Dr. Block and his wife Kim returned to the Cleveland area to return to private practice in Willoughby and be closer to their children and grandchildren. In his free time, Dr. Block enjoys family, hiking, biking, and refereeing Lacrosse games.
